Give yourself permission to slow down and embrace moments of rest and reflection. Consider setting aside time each day for mindfulness or meditation, allowing your mind to unwind and reset. 

Remember, being gentle with yourself also means practicing self-compassion. As you nurture this sense of gentleness, you'll find it easier to extend empathy and understanding to others, creating a ripple effect of positivity and connection in your community. But don't forget to be kind to yourself in the process.

✨ Gaslit every time that no matter what is happening, it’s your fault.
✨ No sense of accountability or self responsibility.
✨ Zero acknowledgement of anyone’s limitations

If it does, you may be dealing with a narcissist. Realize that there are limitations to your relationship with them. It doesn’t mean that you can’t still love and cherish them, but do yourself a favor and set reasonable expectations. Stay “low key” as best as you can to protect your heart and emotional well-being.
