Dr. Debra Mandel
From Relationship Blues to Coworker Problems, Dr. Debra’s distinguished Practice can help!
“Dr. Debra” Mandel, renowned psychologist and relationship expert has over twenty years experience helping couples and individuals from adolescence through geriatrics overcome adversity and learn how to THRIVE! She has extensive training in various theories and methods of practice including: psychodynamic, gestalt, object relations, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and solution-based therapy.
Dr. Debra uses a holistic approach for her anxiety relief tips as well as with other disorders, encouraging her clients to focus on building their inherent strengths rather than dwelling on their weaknesses or shortcomings such as childhood abuse which only causes further depression. She has a unique style of combining sensitivity and compassion with humor and a “take charge” approach. If you’re looking for a “head nodder,” you won’t find it in Dr. Debra!
Special note: If you’re in the process of choosing a psychotherapist, you may very well be intimidated, if not completely overwhelmed by the process. After all, entering into a therapeutic relationship means you’re going to be sharing personal, intimate details of your life with a stranger. So clearly, it’s an important decision and one that requires a great deal of caution to find someone whom you think can actually help you—a relationship expert. But you can make the process a little easier if you do some advance research. Please click here to find the Eight Tips to Finding the Right Therapist for You.
