Dear Dr. Debra, Relationship Expert, gives helpful advice.
Dear Dr. Debra,
I have a problem….
Since 2002, Dr. Debra, relationship expert, has been writing an advice column that is published both on her website and in a Southern California newspaper, “The Tolucan Times.” You can read past columns by clicking here.
Dr. Debra welcomes any and all questions. Her columns have included Q&A relating to personal relationships (e.g., dating, break-ups, infidelity, sexual dysfunction, couples and individual counseling), parenting, anxiety relief tips, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, eating disorders, addictions, coping with a difficult boss, getting rid of drama, and stress management to name a few.
Rather than harping on what’s wrong, she focuses on the strengths and assets of people PLUS she delivers practical and prescriptive solutions. Dr. Debra offers choices and then helps people claim responsibility for what they choose. She also offers anxiety relief tips to help you get control of your situation immediately.
